Block Diagram   Data Sheet Package：SOT26L 详细型录,请连络我们 所有产品 回到首页 General Description AA18359 is a 1.4MHz fixed frequency PWM non-synchronous setp-down regulator.AA18359 is operated from 4.5V to 16V,and the generated output is adjustable from 0.81V to 14V,and the output current can be up to 1A with execllent load and line regulation.Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization.The turn on resistance of the popwer MOSFET switches is 0.5Ω.Shutdown current is almost 0μA. AA18359 based solution is with minimum external components.AA18359 is available in the SOT26L package, and it is RoHS compliant and 100% lead (Pb) free.
